Construction Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in Civil 3D software. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop project schedules and timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project reports detailing progress, challenges, and solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D software is highly desirable.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred but not essential if experience is substantial.
