Care and Support Specialist

As a Care and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs. This includes assisting with personal care, managing finances, and promoting independence and community participation.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Assist with managing finances, including paying bills and shopping
- Encourage and support individuals to participate in community activities and events
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet individual needs
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in health and social care
- Experience working in a care or support role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including
