Warehouse Coordinator

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Gobel and Partner Ltd in Oxford as a Warehouse Coordinator. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in the inspection and management of stock.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Production team to ensure timely delivery of client orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and quality control procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure they meet customer guidelines.
  • Develop and implement effective stock control systems to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts, including early morning and night shifts.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and stock management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
