Design Engineer in F1 High Performance Automotive

At Professional Technical Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Contract Design Engineer to join our team based in Milton Keynes. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work on various projects within the F1 motorsport industry, collaborating with talented engineers and designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using Siemens NX software.
- Work closely with aerodynamicists, structural engineers, and other departments to achieve exceptional design performance and reliability.
- Manage component lifecycle designs and systems, ensuring seamless integration.
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification in composite, mechanical, or aeronautical engineering (minimum 2.1).
- Experience with NX software and a strong understanding of composite design and manufacturing techniques.
- Familiarity with finite element analysis (FEA) and hand calculations is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for working within tight-knit teams.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive hourly rate up to £60 (negotiable depending on experience).
- 5-day payment terms.
- Inside IR35 arrangement.
