Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team as a Shift Working Pharmacist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and expertise in a community pharmacy setting.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and caring individual to make a real difference in the lives of our customers and patients. As a Shift Working Pharmacist, you will work Monday to Friday with shift patterns, ensuring that our stores are staffed to meet customer needs.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality patient care and advice
  • Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy
  • Building the pharmacy capability of store teams
  • Conducting regular reviews to ensure customer and patient safety
  • Delivering a range of professional pharmacy services
What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
  • Demonstrated high levels of professional expertise and respect from stakeholders, peers, and colleagues
  • A passion for community pharmacy and providing exceptional care
  • Collaborative skills with a team-centered approach
  • Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and national/local services
  • Strong communication skills to effectively meet customer needs
