Community Mental Health OT Role:
Hunter AHP Resourcing is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to fill a Band 6 Community Mental Health Occupational Therapist role. In this position, you will provide occupational therapy services to individuals with mental health conditions in the community around Preston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

About the Position:
This is an excellent opportunity to work with multidisciplinary teams, using your expertise to make a real difference in the lives of patients. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing personalized rehabilitation plans, and participating in regular team meetings. We require an individual with postgraduate experience working with patients with mental health conditions, a degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Assessing patients' needs and developing personalized rehabilitation plans.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to the development of best practices.

Salary Details:
£26 per hour
£54,720 - £64,368 (based on 37.5 hours/week)
