We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in Mental Health Services for Older People. As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centered care to individuals with learning disabilities and support them with their daily living needs.

Job Requirements
  • Complete assessments of care needs (primarily social care) and risk assessment of patients presenting with a variety of clinical conditions.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate programmes of care without direct supervision.

You will work under the supervision of a healthcare professional and collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality care is provided.

Salary Information

The salary for this position is £26,530 - £29,114 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience and qualifications.
