Job Description

Cyient is seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to join our team. As a CMM Programmer, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and modifying CMM programs as required. You will work closely with our team to facilitate Gage R&R activity, measurement correlations, and RCCA investigations related to CMM equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Create, develop, and modify CMM programs as required.
  • Support Customer and Team Lead to facilitate Gage R&R activity, measurement correlations, and RCCA investigations related to CMM equipment.
  • Practical knowledge on how to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Ability to work with a team and independently as needed.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with gage calibration, in-process inspection(s), visual and dimensional inspection(s).
  • Understanding of measuring and inspection techniques.
  • Familiarity and knowledge of CAD systems is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable working in a shop environment.
  • Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills.

Education Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Appropriate course work / education / training in the manufacturing and quality field.
