Teaching Assistant Wanted for Year 3 Class

Teach Now is seeking a dedicated and passionate teaching assistant to join our team in a Year 3 class. As a teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and providing a nurturing environment for students to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Assist with the management of student behavior and provide individual support as needed
  • Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Work closely with the class teacher to identify and address student needs
  • Contribute to the development of student learning plans and progress tracking
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children, particularly in a Year 3 setting
  • Strong behavior management skills and ability to engage students
  • Ability to work closely with the class teacher and other support staff
  • Experience supporting students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and EAL
