Job Title: Senior Culinary Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Culinary Manager to join our team at the prestigious London Hilton on Park Lane. As a key member of the hotel's leadership team, you will be responsible for driving culinary excellence, managing the kitchen budget, and ensuring that all culinary operations meet the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end hospitality, with a proven track record in menu development, team management, and financial control. You will be responsible for leading a team of skilled chefs, developing and implementing new menus, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Strategy: Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive business growth and improve guest satisfaction.\
  • Menu Development: Create and implement new menus, ensuring that they meet the hotel's exacting standards.\
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of experienced chefs, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they reach their full potential.\
  • Culinary Excellence: Oversee the production of high-quality food, ensuring that every dish meets the hotel's standards.\
  • Financial Management: Manage the kitchen budget, controlling costs, and optimizing revenue streams.\
  • Food Safety: Ensure that all culinary operations meet the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance.\
  • Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the front office, sales, and marketing teams.\\/ul>\

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior chef or executive chef in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.\
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.\
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.\
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sustainability practices.\
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\
  • Fluent in English.\\/ul>\

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
