Job Title: Area Sales Manager for Cable Management Solutions

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire, a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a wide range of high-quality manufactured steel and plastic cable management products to M&E contractors, installers, end users, consultants, and specifiers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell cable management products to M&E contractors, installers, end users, consultants, and specifiers
  • Stimulate demand and pull orders through the dedicated distribution partner CEF
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the construction or electrical industry
  • Knowledge of cable management products and their applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driven and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
