We are currently looking to expand our marketing division and are in search of a motivated and commercially savvy Product Marketing Manager with a background in construction, building materials, or manufacturing.

This role will focus on shaping and executing the strategic vision and driving revenue growth from our diverse product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert on customer needs - identify new opportunities and formulate a delivery plan.
  • Establish a network of engaged clients - leverage their insights for market intelligence.
  • Segment customer demographics and analyze job outcomes - utilize data to align product strategy with business objectives.
  • Uphold business values and commercial strategies - enhance the product proposition to boost revenue.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle management process.
  • Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate effectively with the marketing team and other business units to achieve outstanding product marketing results.
  • Assess and refine campaigns to ensure continuous performance improvement.
  • Set and communicate KPIs for the marketing team, motivating them to achieve targets.
  • Ensure compliance with UK & EU packaging regulations.
  • Conduct pricing research to meet margin expectations.
  • Assist the team in producing all marketing materials, including literature, presentations, compliance documents, and digital brochures.
  • Lead and mentor three direct reports.

To Be Successful:

  • CIM Qualified.
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team.
  • Background in building materials, manufacturing, or construction sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and enhancing profitability across a product line.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Financially savvy, with experience managing budgets.
  • Proven track record of launching new products successfully.
