About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Artis Recruitment. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient running of our global team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR, recruitment, and training administration to support the team.
  • Manage inboxes, ensure timely and efficient onboarding of new starters, and update systems accurately.
  • Generate letters and coordinate training.
  • Report to the HR Manager and work closely with the Learning and Development Manager.
About You

We are looking for a curious and driven individual who is eager to learn and can play a key part in keeping the wheels turning. You will need to be able to work accurately to tight deadlines, positively adapt to changing work priorities, and stay positive under pressure.

You will be a great communicator, both written and verbal, and have good computer skills. Experience working in HR or recruitment in an administrative capacity is desirable but not essential.
