Role Title: Sales and Service Advisor

Responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Delivering industry-leading sales and service to all customers, promoting the Village Hotels brand and values.
  • Managing customer service contacts across various channels, including email, voice, chat, social media, and travel agent portals.

Purpose of the Role:

  • To be a key part of a multi-skilled team that excels in customer service and sales.
  • To provide a positive customer experience, promoting the Village Hotels brand and values.
  • To manage customer service contacts effectively, ensuring excellent communication and resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely, confident, and professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate capture of customer information and adherence to data protection regulations.
  • Record all communication effectively and advise relevant stakeholders of actions required.
  • Support the resolution of complaints and issues, ensuring customers are fully communicated with on steps to be taken and time scales.
  • Carry out administrative duties as required to fulfill customer contacts and team objectives.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Take ownership of sales, customer contact, quality, and adherence KPIs.
  • Customer satisfaction reflected in positive feedback.
  • Standard Operating Procedures followed.
  • Acceptable levels of absenteeism.
  • Excellent inter-departmental communication and co-operation.
