We are seeking an experienced Survey Engineer to join our team at AA Projects Ltd. As a Survey Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality surveys of mechanical and electrical services assets.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across the UK, from hospitals to commercial premises. You will be responsible for conducting site surveys to record, condition grade, and detail existing mechanical and electrical services assets.

You will work as part of a team to deliver M&E full asset capture, life-cycle, condition, and dilapidation surveys. You will also liaise with clients, customers, consultants, and construction firms to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site surveys to record, condition grade, and detail existing mechanical and electrical services assets.
  • Use app-based specialist surveying software to record and document findings.
  • Liaise with clients, customers, consultants, and construction firms to ensure successful project completion.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver M&E full asset capture, life-cycle, condition, and dilapidation surveys.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must have City & Guilds or HNC/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Candidates must be proficient in the use of IT systems with experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Candidates must have Mechanical and Electrical Services surveying experience.
  • Candidates must have experience working in the mechanical and electrical services industry, whether it be engineering consultancy or the practical installation background.
  • Candidates must have good knowledge of British Standards, regulations, and mechanical and electrical services design and installation practices.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
