Portfolio Payroll is seeking a highly skilled Payroll, Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the payroll department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to employees on payroll-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll and compensation transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide comprehensive advice to employees on payroll queries and benefits
  • Ensure all necessary payments are made within deadlines, including benefits
  • Support the busy payroll department with high-volume starters and leavers
  • Process compensations and benefits, which comprise 25% of the role

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of industry experience, preferably in payroll and benefits
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and Zellis/Resourcelink system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A keen eye for detail and strong basic math skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment

Working Hours:
