About the Role:
To be a successful Office Team Member at Next, you will:
- Perform daily store administration tasks, which includes stock and cash handling, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure smooth running of the administrative processes to support great audit results, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
- Work in all areas of the store as needed, including sales floors and stockrooms, providing excellent customer service from the back or front of house.
- Confidently share any administration issues or discrepancies with the Store Team, promoting a culture of transparency and open communication.
- Take control of your own development, identifying areas for growth and seeking opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge.
About You:
- You are a detail-oriented and organized individual, with excellent time management skills and a strong work ethic.
- You take pride in your work, approaching all tasks with energy and enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- You are a team player, but also comfortable working independently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- You are flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a strong ability to work well under pressure.
