Team Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Team Member to join our team at Next. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service by accurately processing stock, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process stock quickly and accurately, including locating, packing, and transferring stock in and out of store
- Meet deadlines to deliver stock to customers on time
- Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized
- Work in all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service
- Work as part of the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers

- You are a great communicator who is friendly, calm, and efficient, even on your busiest days
- You are accurate, thorough, and well-organized, with excellent attention to detail
- You take pride in your work and approach all tasks with energy, pace, and dedication
- You are happy to work on your own and keep yourself busy to achieve all performance targets
- You are flexible, supportive, and always ready to go the extra mile for your team and our customers
