Job Requirements

**Job Summary:** Premier Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Press Tool Design Engineer to join our client's Solutions Design team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and developing press tools and fixtures, improving manufacturing and assembly processes, and contributing to the company's continued success.

**Key Responsibilities:** Design and development of press tool and fixture designs, implementation of process improvements, summarisation of scientific and engineering principles, creation of technical reports, presentation of findings using PowerPoint, identification of new systems and processes to drive quality, efficiency, and cost savings, evaluation of existing manufacturing processes, and development of solutions to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, waste, and scrap. **Skills and Qualifications:** Proven experience in a similar role, qualified to HNC level or above in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, SAP/ERP experience, knowledge of 3D CAD software, demonstrable experience of press tool or jig and fixture design, and knowledge of metal manufacturing processes and ferrous and non-ferrous metals. **Benefits:** Excellent salary, competitive benefits package, and the opportunity to work with a highly successful and growing company.
