Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Route Optimization Manager to join our team at Halo Personnel. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient fleet routing strategies to minimize costs and maximize customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing optimized fleet routing plans, using data analysis and statistical modeling techniques
  • Collaborating with the Transport Team to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fleet routing strategies
  • Providing training and support to transport staff on new procedures and best practices

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field, with experience in route optimization and logistics management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis and statistical modeling

Salary Estimate:$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience
