Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Valuer to join our team in Wakefield. As a Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for generating instructions by conducting property valuations and following up on appointments to win business.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property valuations in the Wakefield area to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and contacts to win business and build a loyal client base
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on valuation activity to inform sales strategy
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sales Valuer or equivalent role
  • Good knowledge of the Wakefield area and relevant valuation experience
  • Own vehicle available for use (insured for business use)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
