Job Title: Head of Internal Sales

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team at Houseful, a leading property technology company. As Head of Internal Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring excellence in sales performance across our SME estate agent clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Accompany sales consultants during online and phone-based client meetings to provide coaching and sales development. Serve as the voice of the estate agency customer across the wider Zoopla organisation, ensuring that client needs and feedback are integrated into Zoopla's strategic planning and operational execution.
  • Sales Strategy and Development: Support the development and implementation of advanced sales skills programmes, coaching initiatives, and management development courses for the sales teams. Develop strategies to grow revenue through upselling and identifying new opportunities to win.
  • Commercial Oversight and Process Management: Provide oversight of the entire sales funnel, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of performance metrics to the wider Zoopla business. Conduct thorough reviews of commercial deals and opportunities using the chosen deal qualification process to progress pipeline.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Manage internal sales team leads responsible for SME clients, ensuring alignment with the broader Zoopla strategy. Foster a high-performance, client-centric environment for the internal sales teams.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience, up to and including Exec level.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams, and influence culture in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of managing SME clients, preferably within the property or proptech sectors.
  • Deep understanding of commercial deal construction, bid management, and sales process optimisation.
