Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Winemark. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and promotions
* Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets
* Ensure a high level of store appearance and maintenance, adhering to Winemark's standards
* Assist with promotional activities, including set-up and execution
Requirements:
* 3 months' experience in a retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
* Basic math and English skills
Desirable Qualifications:
* WSET Foundation Certificate
* Previous experience in cash handling and stock control
