Package Manager

We are seeking a skilled Package Manager to join our project team at Sir Robert McAlpine. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, coordination, and management of sub-contractors in various trades.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the Chief Engineer, project planners, and other stakeholders to achieve this goal.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and managing sub-contractors
- Ensuring SRM obligations to sub-contractors are understood and discharged
- Organizing and conducting regular site progress meetings with sub-contractors
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
- Proven working experience in package management
- Experience as a Temporary Works Coordinator would be an advantage
- Knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
