We're looking for a skilled Technical Claims Handler to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage customer accounts and resolve claims in a timely and efficient manner.
- Utilize Activate Groups bespoke software and databases to record and update information.
- Take ownership of customer queries and resolve issues end-to-end.
- Prioritize tasks and manage workload to meet SLAs.
- Provide accurate updates to customers and ensure issues are resolved.
