We are seeking a skilled Customer Claims Handler to join our team at Activate Group Limited. As a Customer Claims Handler, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving claims in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve claims in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, clients, and third-party vendors to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • Use our bespoke software and databases to record, update, and maintain information related to each claim.
  • Take ownership of customer accounts and case loads, prioritizing tasks and ensuring all responsibilities are met.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for allocated customers and provide guidance to team members as needed.
  • Provide accurate updates to customers and ensure issues are resolved to avoid escalations.
  • Meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
