Automotive Claims Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Claims Specialist to join our client's Technical Department. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in the automotive industry, with experience as a Level 3 Vehicle Technician.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and assess claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Review and authorise claims from the repair network, verifying technical and financial guidelines.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of claims and customer interactions, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Monitor the performance of the authorised repair network and report concerns to management.
  • Assist in resolving claim-related issues and provide guidance to the repair network.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and diagnostic processes.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
