Are you a highly motivated and organized individual looking for a new challenge in the KBB industry? We are seeking a skilled Key Kitchen Project Coordinator to join our team at Simon Acres Group, based in North Wales.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established kitchen retailer, managing and coordinating kitchen retail project activities from start to finish. As a Key Kitchen Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and organizing deliveries, liaising with suppliers, delivery teams, and fitters, and ensuring that all products are delivered correctly and on time to the warehouse and clients' homes.

Responsibilities
  1. Scheduling and Coordination: Organize and arrange delivery dates to clients' houses, booking installations, remedial work, and waste collection.
  2. Purchasing: Purchase appliances, worktops, glass, sinks, taps, ovens, and fridges (non-furniture items) as per client requests.
  3. Communication: Provide outstanding customer service, keeping clients informed throughout the process with relevant information, and supporting the Kitchen Designer by attending virtual client meetings.
  4. Inventory Management: Keep track of each product, ensuring everything arrives in the warehouse before delivery to the clients.

We are looking for a candidate with exposure or experience within a similar role in the KBB industry, administration, customer service, or coordination experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, high-energy, motivated, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organization and schedule management skills.

About You
  • Exposure or Experience: In a similar role in the KBB industry (desirable).
  • Administration/Customer Service/Coordination Experience: Proven track record in administration, customer service, or coordination.
  • Pro-Active and High-Energy: Motivated and enthusiastic individual with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to converse at all levels, via telephone and email.
  • Strong Organisation & Schedule Management Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
