Behaviour Mentor Role - Wandsworth
About the Role
Behaviour Mentors play a vital part in developing and implementing strategies for managing and supporting challenging behaviour in pupils. This involves mentoring identified students on a one-to-one basis, developing action plans outlining the objectives of mentoring with students, and promoting the effective use of behaviour management strategies in collaboration with teachers, Heads of House, and support staff.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will assist pupils in improving their social and personal skills by raising their self-esteem and confidence. You will also assure that improvements are being made in behaviour and maintaining them as they are achieved.
About the School
