About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Development Coordinator to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our new digital first learning strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and support the development of assessments and related materials, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Check and report assessment results to support Board meetings and subsequent release to learners.
  • Ensure accurate reflection of assessment results in our institute database.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the team to support the delivery of our learning strategy.
  • Develop and maintain concentration, speed, and accuracy during bulk processing and data handling.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of assessment and reporting processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and adapt.
