Job Title: Professional Development Coordinator

Job Summary:

Membership Bespoke, a reputable and established international professional membership body, is seeking a highly skilled Professional Development Coordinator to support the launch of a new digital first learning strategy. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the preparation and delivery of assessments, supporting materials, and reporting of results to support Board meetings and learner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver assessments, supporting materials, and reporting of results to support Board meetings and learner engagement.
  • Support colleagues across the team as needed, demonstrating flexibility and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Sustain concentration, speed, and accuracy during bulk processing and deal effectively with large volumes of data.
  • Evidence commitment to professional development and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

What We Offer:

  • Basic Salary £33,345 with excellent benefits, including 35 days annual leave, pension scheme, private healthcare scheme, death in service cover, income protection, and agile and hybrid working.
