About the Role

Huma Therapeutics GmbH is a global health technology company dedicated to digital-first care and research. We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the development of our top US-based biopharma account.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the relationship with our biopharma partner on a day-to-day basis, ensuring adherence to project milestones and identifying opportunities to accelerate delivery without impacting user needs, quality, or cost.
  • Create detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure project risks are evaluated, documented, mitigated where possible, and escalated when necessary.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate issues and develop solutions.
  • Be the bridge between different teams to optimize workflow.
  • Maintain regular communication with our partners' operational teams.
Requirements
  • Project Management experience in a cross-functional organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong interest and passion for digital health.
  • A strong aptitude for working effectively with other teams and the ability to bring people on the journey.
  • A working knowledge of project management software tools, e.g. Jira or other digital PM tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity.
  • Excellent written & spoken English language skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
