Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations/Production Manager to join our team at De Lacy Executive. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with a proven track record of implementing and managing processes to drive business efficiency and productivity. You will be responsible for:

  • Forecasting and monitoring compound, blend, and straights to ensure accurate inventory management and minimize waste.
  • Managing the implementation and running of new processes within the business, including the coordination of UFAS and internal audit systems.
  • Dealing with customer complaints and compliance issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Working closely with the senior management team to drive business performance and achieve company goals.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the animal feed industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business efficiency and productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
