Formulation Technician

At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr Formulation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing antimicrobial solutions, setting up and monitoring production dispensing pumps, and maintaining raw material stock levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare antimicrobial solutions in accordance with relevant SOPs and production paperwork.
- Set up and monitor production dispensing pumps to ensure timely and quality production output.
- Maintain and supervise raw material stock levels, including consumables, intermediates, and equipment.
- Comply with laboratory equipment and instrumentation checks, including pipettes, balances, and extractors.
- Support the laboratory by washing and autoclaving equipment, including pumps, glassware, and other items.
- Utilize computer software to process information, including SAP ERP, Microsoft Office, and tailored programs.
- Ideal education to A-level standard in a scientific subject.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and H&S guidelines.
- Good collaboration and communication skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks under own initiative.
- Attention to detail when following procedures and keeping manual records.
- Ability to perform complex manual tasks with dexterity.
- Digital literacy would be beneficial.
- Laboratory experience is an advantage.
