This pivotal role offers the chance to work in a hybrid capacity from our offices near Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will collaborate with visionary minds in the automotive field, driving strategy and contributing to shaping the future of Forseven.

We are looking for a talented individual who can define electrical interfaces across function groups, manage commodity attributes such as quality, costs, timing, and weight. The ideal candidate will ensure commodities are delivered within budget, coordinating suppliers through development builds.

  • Oversee design tasks for low and high voltage systems, including wiring, fusing systems, power distribution, and component packaging.
  • Prepare and manage technical documentation, data sheets, schematics in conjunction with other function groups, our technical partners and Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Lead fault identification and resolution, manage issues via 8D processes, and oversee Harness Change Control, DFMEA, DVP&R activities.
  • Coordinate with departments like Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics, providing support and training to Manufacturing and Service teams.
