We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd in Derby. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs.

Your responsibilities will include providing group support, leading lessons in the absence of the teacher, and working closely with school staff to promote positive behavior and academic progress.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organized, flexible, and able to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Salary: £115,000 - £130,000 per annum (estimated)
