About The Role

We're seeking a team member to join our Restaurants department at Butlin's on a permanent basis. This role offers opportunities in and around our restaurants on resort, providing a wider experience within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and provide a smooth and time-efficient service.
  • Take and process orders accurately into the computer database, handling cash payments and providing information on menu items, allergens, and up-sell products.
  • Ensure cleanliness of all areas and follow all health and safety/food hygiene guidance and regulations.

About You
A few things we'd expect to see in an ideal candidate would be flexibility, being passionate about service and food, strong communication skills, a problem-solving approach, and a willingness to get stuck in.
