About The Role

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team in our Burger King quick service restaurant and other restaurants at Butlin's on a permanent basis. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to train in our Burger King venue and gain experience in various other restaurants on resort, broadening your skills within the hospitality industry.

As a key member of our Burger King team, you'll be the face of the brand, providing the initial contact with our guests and ensuring a smooth, accurate, and time-efficient service. You'll greet guests as they enter the restaurant, have a natural ability to relate and converse with a wide range of people, and take and process orders accurately into the computer database while handling cash payments and providing information on menu items, allergens, and up-selling products.

You'll also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all areas and following all health and safety/food hygiene guidance and regulations.

About You

We're looking for someone with flexibility, as shifts will include evenings and weekends. You should be passionate about service and food, a strong communicator, and have a problem-solving approach where change is embraced and nothing is too much trouble.
