Community Recovery and Care Leader

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled senior nurse practitioner to join our team in Warrington. As a key member of the Warrington Recovery Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to adults with complex mental health needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with carers and families, as well as partner agencies.
- Deliver specific NICE guidance interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Contribute to office duties on a rota basis and participate in ongoing clinical and management supervision.

- A competitive salary: £38,890 - £44,503 per annum, dependent on experience.
