As a key member of our Children's Therapy Service, you will lead the development and implementation of evidence-based interventions for children and young people with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical reasoning and problem-solving, with experience working with children and young people with physical, mental health, and social needs. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and evaluating interventions, as well as supervising junior colleagues and contributing to the growth and development of our service.
