About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pastoral/Behaviour Lead to join our team at Kineton Green Primary School for a maternity cover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to pupils and families experiencing challenging situations/circumstances
  • Work alongside school staff to offer support and signpost families to appropriate services
  • Train as a Deputy DSL and act upon safeguarding issues, reporting to the school DSL
  • Support the school attendance lead, analysing attendance, investigating pupil absences, and attending meetings with parents and carers
  • Participate in the Inclusion Team and attend regular inclusion meetings to discuss vulnerable pupils/families
