We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Extension Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and continuous running of our facilities.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure continued manufacturing. This will involve performing tasks within our ISO Quality Management, H&S, and environmental system. Your other key responsibilities will include:
- Engineering installation of new production equipment
- Delivering production processes that meet manufacturing objectives
- Supporting the Engineering Manager with plant projects as required
You will have previous experience in a similar Maintenance Engineer role and preferably have experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology environment. A strong understanding of machine operation and production processes is essential, as is thorough knowledge of ISO quality systems, validation principles for manufacturing processes, and statutory facility requirements.
Experience in design for manufacturing, process design, process validation, and project management is also highly desirable. If you are a motivated and experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge, please apply for this exciting opportunity.
