Workshop Controller Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Workshop Controller at a prestigious franchised motor dealership in Preston.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes and a proven track record in managing a busy workshop with multiple technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise productivity, efficiency, and utilisation of the workshop
  • Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities through the workshop
  • Allocate jobs to technicians based on duration, skill level, and job requirement
  • Ensure warranty work is correctly diagnosed and authorised

The successful candidate will have a full clean driving licence and a strong understanding of the motor trade industry.

Working hours/days:

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Saturday on rota 8:30am - 12:30pm (1 in 2)

Salary:

£32k basic

£38k++ OTE uncapped and VERY achievable
