Health Care Specialist

Health Visitor with Current Practice Experience Sought for Children and Families Health Visiting Service in East Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership.
We are fully committed to the key ambition and aims of Getting It Right for Every Child (GIRFEC), to provide children and young people with the best possible start in life. The post holder will have good knowledge of The Promise and the Children and Young People's Act 2014.
The successful candidate should be:
- Experienced in caseload management, child protection, working with families presenting with complex needs, and health improvement work.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, coupled with an ability to work within a team setting as well as independently.
- A Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and a qualification in Health Visiting or Public Health Nursing.
The post holder will provide leadership across professional and organisational teams, with a focus on leading audit and quality improvement and promoting and supporting development within the service.
This post involves working with families, partner agencies, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, needs-led, evidence-based care within a designated caseload.
