Lead Product Manager

At CHANGE-IT CONSULTING LTD, we are seeking an experienced Product Professional to lead our product management team. As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, vision, and roadmaps in consideration of overall business outcomes and objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate product strategy, vision, and roadmaps to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Analyze market and industry trends, using external and internal insights to inform product direction and identify innovations that meet customer needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with partners at all levels, communicating product updates, successes, and value, as well as securing understanding and support for key roadmap projects.
  • Product Roadmap and Metrics: Lead regular mid- and long-term roadmap activities, informed by product and market insights, customer, business, and technology needs, and define key measures and metrics to manage product performance.
  • Business Case Development: Develop and secure funding for roadmap activities, using established processes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, supporting their wellbeing, personal and professional development, and day-to-day activities.
About You
  • Product Experience: You are an experienced Product Professional with demonstrable experience as a Product Owner and Manager across various products or domains.
  • Digital Advocacy: You are a digital advocate with a keen interest in current trends in digital development and omni-channel retail.
  • Communication and Leadership: You are a strong communicator who can sell a vision, proactive, independent, and self-starting, adept at building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of partners.
  • Technical Understanding: You understand technical aspects of product development, working closely with IT colleagues.
  • Agile Delivery: Familiar with implementing and optimizing digital development approaches and agile delivery principles, including in a scaled agile (SAFe) environment.
