Job Title: Major Programmes Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team in delivering high-profile capital programmes in the Infrastructure, Energy, and Defence sectors across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive programme plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and contractors.
  • Provide strategic oversight on commercial, contractual, and risk management aspects, ensuring compliance and alignment with best practices.
  • Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Continuously assess programme performance, implementing improvements to mitigate risks and enhance outcomes.
  • Proven track record of exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of commercial, contract, and risk management principles.
