Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Capital Delivery Programme Manager to contribute to the planning, procuring, and management of the Capital Delivery Programme and support the Capital Delivery Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and guide the Capital Delivery team in ensuring a best-practice approach to the delivery of capital schemes.

Contribute to the planning, procuring, and management of the capital works programme.

Ensure effective allocation of work utilizing internal and external resources to ensure effective delivery of the programme.

Monitor and report on the progress of all schemes within the programme, including quality, spend, resident satisfaction, and risks.

Manage the performance of contractors and technical consultants.

Contribute to finance reports, including cash flow forecasting and budget returns.

Provide technical support for the delivery of services in the context of construction and in accordance with current legal frameworks.

Essential Requirements:

Proven knowledge and experience of capital project and programme delivery within the public sector housing management.

Experience of the design development and construction process from RIBA 0 to stage 7.

Experience of fire and building safety and the implications of recent legislative changes.

Desirable Qualifications:

Educated to degree level or significant relevant professional experience.

Additional Information:

This is a flexible hybrid role with a 35-hour working week.
