As a Brand Growth Lead at Immediate Media Co., you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and growth. You will work closely with our editorial and commercial teams to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our audiences and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with our strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with content teams, PR, advertising, and central marketing departments to create cohesive campaigns.
  • Leverage digital platforms and social media to build audience engagement through influencer partnerships and creative initiatives.
  • Identify and manage media partnerships for co-branded promotions and sponsored content.
  • Manage campaign resources effectively to ensure all projects are delivered within budget.
  • Track and analyse the ROI of activities to optimise performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, preferably in the publishing or media industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, balancing creative vision with practical budget management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a talent for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience in multi-stakeholder management ensuring alignment and clear decision making.
