Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of Foundation staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, recruitment, and professional development.

Salary: $120,000 with competitive benefits in alignment with industry standards. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of progressive development leadership experience, with a proven track record in fundraising, financial oversight, and strategic planning in a nonprofit setting.
