About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Salaried GP to join our team at Modality Partnership. As a Salaried GP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative solutions and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient-centered care through regular appointments, home visits, and general administration.
  • Work collaboratively with our local practice team, engaging with associated roles to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of new and innovative solutions to improve patient care and services.

Requirements

  • GMC registration and CCST for primary care in the UK.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and current valid driving license/access to a car.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our patients and team.
